At My Baby’s Art, every order is custom-made specifically for you using your child’s original artwork. Because of the personalized nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policy reflects the unique process involved in creating your keepsake.

1. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before shipping your artwork to us, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your artwork has been received and processing has begun, refunds or cancellations cannot be provided. This includes photography, design, layout, and any stage of production.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your finished product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a description of the issue and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

3. Your Child’s Artwork

We understand that your child’s artwork is both meaningful and irreplaceable. Every piece is handled with the utmost care throughout the photography, design, and production process.

When shipping your artwork to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for artwork that is lost or damaged in transit before it reaches us.

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your artwork once it is in our care, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur. In the unlikely event that artwork is lost or damaged while in our care, we will notify you immediately and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution. This may include:

  • Providing high-resolution digital copies of the affected artwork
  • Completing your keepsake at no additional cost
  • Refunding your order
  • Another mutually agreed-upon solution based on the circumstances

4. Digital Archives

Digital archive files are delivered electronically via a downloadable link once your order has been completed. If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.
